Our story

About Praying Mothers

We are Yoruba Christian mothers who pray together for our families, our children and one another. We meet every Saturday, fast and pray on the first Saturday of each month, and gather each year for our Family Celebration.

Theme of the year

Rooted in Christ, flourishing in faith and family.

Jeremiah 17:7-8: Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord. They are like a tree planted by the water.
