Terms of Use

Anyone may read the public website, send a prayer request and use the Get in touch form without an account. Program schedules and event details on the website may change, and listed times are confirmed by the ministry leaders.

Online prayer and encouragement are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or emergency help. If someone is in danger, please contact emergency services.

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• Joining is not membership. The prayer wall and announcements open only after a coordinator approves you.
• Approval means a coordinator welcomed you. It is not a background check, identity verification or personal endorsement of anyone.
• Keep your sign-in emails, links and codes private, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used them.
• We may restrict or end access as described below and as the law allows.

You are responsible for what you post. Please follow the Community Guidelines, and do not share anyone else's private information, including details about children, without their permission. You choose who can see each post, and you can delete your own posts and comments at any time. We may hide content that breaks the guidelines.

You can report a post or comment. Reports go to coordinators, who may remove content or restrict or end an account to protect the community.

Prayer requests sent through the website are private and read only by designated prayer coordinators. Please do not include details that would identify other people. A coordinator may contact you at the email you give, if you give one. Messages from the Get in touch form are forwarded to the ministry.

Photographs and stories of identifiable people are published only with their permission, with particular care for children. To ask for something to be removed, use the Get in touch form.

Gifts are made through a separate donation page run by a payment provider, which has its own terms. This website does not collect or store card or bank details. A gift is voluntary, and the ministry will say whether any gift can be treated as tax deductible.

Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

You keep ownership of what you give us, such as posts, comments and prayer requests. You give us only the limited permission needed to store it, show it to the people it is meant for and moderate it as part of running the ministry website. We do not claim ownership of your photographs, prayers or personal stories. Please do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

You can stop using the members' area at any time and can ask for your membership and information to be deleted by using the Get in touch form (see the Privacy Policy for how this works).

We may restrict, suspend or end access if the Community Guidelines or these terms are broken, if we need to protect someone's safety, or if the law requires it.

We will tell members about material changes to these terms or the Privacy Policy, for example by email or an announcement, before they take effect. Continuing to use the members' area after that means you accept the update. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
